Ísis Cardoso
My journey with the piano started early when I was six years old. With much encouragement from my family, I continued studying music at university, always looking to improve my skills in the areas where I work: piano teacher, collaborative pianist, and music researcher. I have been teaching for over ten years, and my teaching philosophy is to provide my students with the tools they need to achieve their goals.
My story
Bachelor of Music from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2018), under the supervision of Prof. Dr. André Loss, and Master in Music from the State University of Campinas (2021), under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Maurice Martin. Isis regularly participates in important events and music festivals since 2015, such as the Piracicaba Pianists Meeting, Femusc, Mountain Music Festival, USP Piano Workshop, International Meeting on Piano Pedagogy, and Pianofest (USA). She conducts research on Piano Pedagogy, Musical Performance, and Analysis of Nationalist Repertoires, having published articles and presented at conferences such as Revista Debates (2022), TeMa (2021), Anppom (2021), International Meeting on Piano Pedagogy (2021), Performa Clavis (2020) and International Meeting of Musical Theory and Analysis V (2019).
She is currently studying Piano Performance at Georgia State University (USA), under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sergio Gallo. She works at GSU as an assistant collaborative pianist, collaborating with singers and instrumentalists in recitals, tastings, competitions, and coaching. In addition, she actively participates in performances as a solo pianist and chamber musician.

Gregório Oliveira
I started my musical journey playing the flute, playing in the Bahia Youth Orchestra (NEOJIBA) in my hometown. Even having performance as my focus, I've turned to teaching from a very early age, tutoring colleagues in the orchestra and at college before starting my own studio. I consider myself to have a broad musical taste, but my favorite piano composers are Beethoven, Chopin, and Villa-Lobos.

About me
Gregório holds a Bachelor's degree in Piano from Unicamp and a Master's in Musicology from the University of São Paulo (USP). Currently, he is a Graduate Assistant at Georgia State University, where he teaches Group Piano as part of his Master's in Piano Performance. He is versatile as a pianist and teacher and worked at music schools in Campinas and São Paulo before opening his studio, where he worked both with young and adult students, beginners and advanced alike.

As a pianist, his focus is classical music, having performed as a soloist and chamber musician in cities such as São Paulo, Campinas, Poços de Caldas, Salvador, and Atlanta (USA). Despite his focus on performance, he has been working as a collaborative pianist with instrumentalists and singers, participating in classes, coaching, tests, and recitals. He also collaborated with young orchestras, participating in social projects such as the HATUS Institute (Osasco) and staging of Opera at Georgia State University.
As a teacher, he believes in the transformative potential of music, seeking to cultivate artistic expression and respecting each student's goal. He currently teaches students of the most varied levels and objectives, ranging from total beginners to students preparing for college applications.
